These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by KO, a brand of INOK B.V.
1. About KO
KO provides personal coaching and, where appropriate, access to a programme that may include medical assessment and treatment.
Medical decisions are always made by an authorised doctor, not by KO or the coach.
2. Intake
The first intake is free and does not oblige you to start a programme.
During or after the intake, we may discuss which type of support may be suitable for you.
An intake does not guarantee eligibility for medical treatment.
3. Personal coaching
Personal coaching may include:
- one-to-one support
- weekly check-ins
- support with nutrition, movement, sleep and stress
- practical behavioural support
Coaching does not replace medical care.
4. Medical programme
If you choose a programme that includes medical support, a BIG-registered doctor independently assesses whether treatment is medically appropriate.
The doctor determines:
- whether treatment is medically responsible
- whether medication is prescribed
- which medication and dose are appropriate
- whether treatment needs to be changed or stopped
KO cannot guarantee a specific treatment or medication.
5. Pricing
Current prices are shown on our website.
Personal coaching starts from the monthly amount stated on the website.
The price of a complete programme may depend on the treatment and dose prescribed.
You will be informed of the applicable costs before starting.
6. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the purchase or registration process.
You are responsible for paying amounts due on time.
7. Cancellation
Where a programme can be cancelled monthly, this will be clearly stated with the relevant offer.
Cancelling your programme does not automatically mean that medical treatment should be stopped immediately. Any change to medication should be discussed with the treating doctor.
8. Appointments and cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment, please change or cancel it as early as possible.
Specific appointments may be subject to a cancellation policy, which will be communicated in advance where applicable.
9. Results
Results vary from person to person.
KO does not guarantee a specific amount of weight loss, timeframe, appearance-related outcome or other individual result.
Outcomes depend on many factors, including medical circumstances, lifestyle, behaviour, treatment and personal situation.
10. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information relevant to your coaching and medical treatment.
Always follow medical instructions and contact the relevant healthcare professional if you experience symptoms or concerns.
11. Liability
KO is only liable for direct loss to the extent that such liability can legally be attributed to KO.
KO is not responsible for medical decisions independently made by an authorised healthcare professional.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Intellectual property
KO's text, programmes, materials, design and other content may not be copied or commercially used without prior permission.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Parties should preferably try to resolve disputes through discussion first. If this is not possible, disputes may be submitted to the competent court.
